the new update allows you to save game saves and profiles to your memory stick. is there away of putting xbox saved game data from the internet onto a memory stick then onto my xbox HDD?

I have tomb raider and there are check points in the game where you can save. I press save and then this black screen comes up and it says save but that’s it and I can’t press anything move anything or go back. It’s like I’m stuck and I can’t even save the game. So how do I do this?
